For existing accounts in good standing, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Advertiser and agency are jointly and severally liable for all charges. In the event of non-payment or other breach of these policies, the publisher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any advertising at any time.
All advertisers are accepted and published by the publisher upon the
representation that the agency or advertiser is authorized to publish
the entire contents and subject matter thereof. In the event of a
printing error, the publisher's liability is limited to a make-good of
the advertisement. The liability of Sandlapper magazine for any act,
error or omission for which it may be held legally responsible shall
not exceed the cost of the space ordered or occupied by the error. The
publisher will not, in any event, be liable for consequential damages,
including, but not limited to, lost income or profits.
No
conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, orders or
copy instructions, that conflict with the publisher's policies will be
binding on the publisher. Orders or contracts that specify position
will be considered by the publisher to be requests only, but we will,
as a courtesy, fulfill those requests when possible. Rates and units of
space are subject to change by the publisher.
